Owner representative for healthcare negotiations for self-determination construction contracts and healthcare operating contracts. Evaluation of rural healthcare operations and service lines working with owners to assess health care systems for sustainability, expansion or service program startup.
Engineering
Advise clients on project delivery from concept through key phases of project delivery - design to startup - as the owner’s representative. Owner’s technical representative to interface with specialized teams of Engineers and Architects throughout the project delivery process. Professional engineering services meeting client expectations in delivering concept, design and construction projects.
Fundraising
Formulate philanthropic plans to advance long-range capital goals through application of clear revenue objectives based on programmatic needs and strategic milestones. Work with clients on campaigns, diversifying revenue streams, and growing their donor base.
