Eileen Egan, partner at Melvin Consulting PLLC, worked to coauther a new report entitled Searching for Inclusion in Philanthropy with our partners at First Nations Development Institute and Frontline Solutions. The report was publish by The Nonprofit Quarterly.

In addition, a follow up article entitled Starting with Hiring: How to Welcome Native Leaders to the Philanthropic Sector was published to discuss the key findings of the report regarding Native Americans.
